Hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilization system is hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂), in low temperature environment through the electromagnetic field of hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) to form hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) plasma, combined with hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) gas and hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) plasma for indoor items at low temperature, dry sterilization, and can effectively dissociate residual hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂).
